The Production Field Representative is accountable for the placement, contracting and supervision of the production through harvest of assigned vegetable seed crops to meet planned volume, seed quality specification and established timely delivery to operation facilities. This role directly supervises one to 30 employees. The Production Field Representative carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization*s policies and applicable laws.
